Remedial & sports massage is a therapeutic style of massage used to break down knots and release pressure points in muscles.
It is beneficial for people who move a lot and need to recover, or for those who don't move much to improve muscle function - e.g. recovering from illness or injury or prolonged periods of sitting.
Massage is also scientifically proven to reduce stress and improve sleep, which in turn has a positive, proactive impact on your mental wellbeing.
Pregnancy & relaxation massage
Pregnancy massage and Relaxation massage use a lighter style of massage that aims to decreases overall tension, aches, muscle toxins and helps to improve circulation and flexibility.
Dry Needling
Dry Needling is a technique where a thin single-use sterile, stainless steel needle is inserted into muscle tissue for a short period of time with a goal to relieve painful Trigger Points. These are known as an irritable knot in the muscle that causes muscle pain or spasms. On request, Dry Needling treatments are used in conjunction with remedial & sports massage at no extra cost to gain the maximum benefit.
